The Nurturing Nest is committed to providing and maintaining a loving atmosphere, excellent care and quality education to infants, toddlers and preschool aged children.  We will fulfill our commitment with educated teachers, early childhood community resources and parent-teacher communication.

Founded in 1989, our mission is to provide quality child care that compliments children's home lives by providing love, safety and a sense of security through a developmentally appropriate practice that guides young children's social, emotional, intellectual and physical growth.

Our philosophy towards learning includes providing activities and an environment that are most appropriate for the age and developmental level of the children.  We believe that children learn through hands-on interaction with materials in their environment and through warm and nurturing interaction with adults and other children.

 

The Nurturing Nest has an open-door policy and you are welcome to visit and tour our facility.  We look forward to meeting you and your child!
